      They’re three and ten yrs old. Always catching colds so since these are small and only need to melt under the tongue they’ll look forward to it and not forget every morning.

      This Vitamin D3 400 IU (as Cholecalciferol) by Superior Source is one of the best vitamin d3 I have used. IT works fast and I use it with calcium. Also it has a nice taste and they are very small.
