Ultra Vitamin D Plus K by PureFormulas is designed to deliver a higher dose of both vitamins to promote normal‚ healthy levels where a deficiency concern is present.

Both vitamins work together to promote skeletal‚ vascular‚ immune‚ and musculoskeletal health and function. Vitamin D‚ also known as the “sunshine” vitamin‚ plays a key role in maintaining overall calcium and phosphorus levels‚ which support bone strength and density as well as blood vessel health. Vitamin K works with vitamin D to promote a healthy bone structure in addition to heart and cognitive function. Vitamin K may also reduce bone loss‚ thinning‚ and fractures‚ and it plays a vital role in facilitating proper blood clotting. A vitamin K deficiency can result in easy bruising‚ skin sensitivity‚ and digestive concerns.

      I think of all the D supplements I have taken, this is one of the best. I like that it has K for better absorb tin of the D. And, I love that it is a small capsule which makes for easier swallowing.
