Dosage

Take two (2) capsules daily in divided doses with meals‚ or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.


Precautions

Individuals consuming more than 2‚000 IU/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels).

      This multi Two-Per-Day Capsules by Life Extension is packed with a lot of great vitamins, minerals and other helpful simple nutrients for a very reasonable price. And it's great for those who need some of their B vitamins to be in the methyl form. I have talked with the Life Extention support team and they do a lot of research and have high quality supplements. After trying so many vitamin/mineral supplements that had so many extra food and other things added, which is not what fits my body's need, it has been a blessing to have found this one. And it does give me more energy.

      Two Per Day Tablets by Life Extension is one of only a few multivitamins that has the L-5 MTHF form of folate needed by people with an MTHFR genetic defect, (most multivitamins have synthetic folic acid which is unusable and becomes toxic to someone with an MTHFR defect.) so this is a wonderful product at a great price, but be careful because this exact same bottle in the 120 tablet size has another form of folate, NOT the L-5 form, so I just order it in the 60 tablet bottle.
