      Update: Saved me from a migraine

      I have used this pink salt for several years as prescribed by my doc. I recently felt a migraine coming and was experiencing the aura which means I will be in severe pain in about 45 minutes. I drank a glass of water with about .5 tsp of this salt and I never experienced the pain of the migraine. I didn't feel 100%, I still felt a little off from the migraine coming on, but I wasn't in bed for the next 8 hours with the lights off. The minerals and sodium saved me.

      I've used this salt for years. Very tasty, favorable product. However, they used to use a different supplier with salt that came from the Mediterranean area. It is now from a different area of the globe. The amount of iodine that was in it previously was so minute that if you have concerns and were using this as an iodine supplement you should probably be taking an additional supplement for those levels. Stop whining and enjoy it!

      The image expressly showed the salt with iodide. It’s not the product I received. I could have found the salt without iodide for $3 less. The effort of the return was not worth the energy.

      Been using for a few years now after doing a healthy detox cleanse requiring pink salt. More minerals , less sodium. Works for me for less sodium intake . Less than the sea salt or kosher salt. I was using.
