Magnesium Buffered Chelate contains highly absorbable magnesium‚ with each capsule providing 150 mg of elemental magnesium. This product should not cause any of the unfavorable gastrointestinal symptoms associated with magnesium supplementation due to the very stable chelate formed between two glycine molecules and each magnesium ion via a patented process.

      I've used this product for a number of years because I didn't have enough Magnesium in my system. After a couple of years I noticed I was not getting very many migraines which I had been bothered with from my 20s. I later found out that Magnesium could be helpful in treating migraines. That certainly proved true in my case..

      I have found this product by this company, Designs for Health, one of the best on the market. It is pricey, but the quality is excellent. Magnesium is SO important to me for muscles, bones, anxiety, sleep...use it mostly for bones and muscles....but get the extra benefits along with it! I love this product.

      Magnesium Buffered Chelate by Designs for Health is a high quality product but I just cant use it. I have all night vivid dreams and feel like I've been watching/living a movie the whole night I sleep. I took this two days and had two nights of dreaming. so I can't use this. I guess that's not uncommon with magnesium, so I'm going to try another brand..
