      Took daily as part of a wellness and weight Management program. I loved the taste and I never got any of the bugs going around as a bus driver with sick kids coughing and sneezing all around me. I think it's a great addition to anyone's health and nutritional needs!

      Vitamin C  by Dynamic Health is an easy way to get vitamin C. I'm not keen on swallowing pills so this is a tasty alternative. I really appreciate that this does not have artificial sweeteners that would make me feel bad. It is easily absorbed and so actually makes a difference.

      I have been taking Liquid Vitamin C by Dynamic  Health since the Summer when I got a really bad pneumonia. Now, also I have been given to my 3 daughters, and they like the flavor even though is kind of sour, but it seems like it comes from a good source of vitamin c, not too much synthetic vitamin C. I notice they don't get as sick as before.
