The liquid kicks in much, much faster than any melatonin I have taken in pill form. Works great. I love it!

      Liquid Melatonin by Life Extension is awesome!! Incredibly fast acting and helps both of my kids (9 and 7), as well as my husband. The taste is good, which allows you to take it easily by itself. This has literally changed our lives by helping my kiddos to fall asleep quickly and easily at night. They get a great night's sleep every night, which helps their attitude and behavior the next day too!
