      Iron Slow Release by 21st Century helped my anemia. I've tried several other, pricier products. All are constipating. Horrible! This one does not have any bad side effects. Great price, too. Iron shouldn't be expensive anyway.

      I run long distance and bicycle a lot so Iron is very important in these 2 activities. Iron Slow Release by 21st Century does what it says. It's slow release.. No cramping or stomach pain.
