      My husband has a sit down job during the day (he works 2 jobs) and his other part time job is at Home Depot, so he does not stand on his feet very much, but when he is at Home Depot he is on his feet the whole time. He gets cramps from standing all day, a lot of them but the moment he gets home, he drinks this and does not experience any cramps at all! I highly recommend this product to everyone.

      I really do love Ionic-Fizz™ Magnesium Plus™, Mixed Berry Flavor by Pure Essence Labs. Usually I get leg cramps at 2 a.m. but the minute I take my fizz my cramps are gone. I try to tell my bowling buddies to try it.

      Started using Ionic-Fizz™ Magnesium Plus by Pure Essence Labs when my regular mag fizz powder was unavailable for a short time. Good taste, and I like that it has additional ingredients which like increase absorption. On the other hand, very pricey by comparison, & as a senior I like my mag to give slight laxative help to bowels, which this does not do - likely because of the form of magnesium versus others that work best for me.

      Ionic-Fizz Magensium Plus by Pure Essence Labs gave me excellent results after using it for a few days i was free of leg cramps, sleeping like a baby, and normal bowel movements.

  • Question:
    Do you mix it with cold water or hot water? I have been using 8oz of cold water, however my sister was told that it works better with hot.
