      I have taken two or three capsules of Herbalax (Herbal Laxative) by Professional Formulas before bed, and I'm not seeing results. I still have to take milk of magnesia or a stimulant to make things move.

      I have tried so many supplement for constipation and so far Herbalax (Herbal Laxative) by Professional Formulas is the only one that has worked wonders. The ones in the past, not only I had to take up to 10 pills a day but they gave me cramps.My ND recommended Herbalax and my constipation case was so severe I started with 5 caps at night. She is also supporting other organs in my body and now I only take 1 Cap in the morning and 1 at night with 2 caps of magnesium citrate. Our goal is to stop the herbalax at some point. We are very close to do so. Next month we will go down to one cap at night and see how it goes. Love this product!!

      I ordered Herbalax (Herbal Laxative) by Professional Formulas to relieve constipation. After taking 1 capsule at bedtime, I woke 2 hours later with blocked sinuses and ears, profuse mucus drainage, pain in front sinus area and back of neck. Seems I'm very allergic to either the Nepalese herb, Picrorhiza kurroa, or Yellow Dock, as I've previously taken all the other ingredients with no ill effects. I ordered it based on previous reviews and the fact that it contained slippery elm and licorice, both which have previously helped relieve constipation. I'd like to return this item, but I did open the bottle and take one capsule. I would not recommend this to anyone who has allergies or IBS-C. I wish someone would make a formula with slippery elm, licorice, and rice bran. Picrorhiza and Yellow Dock are not helpful and actually made me feel much worse.

      My grandson has suffered from extreme constipation all of his life. It was so bad that he screamed in pain every time he had to go and he bled every time. The pain caused him to try to avoid going which made it even worse. It was an awful circle we couldnt break. I had tried everything I could think of to help him but nothing ever helped more than a few days. My friend told me about Herbalax and I bought a bottle that same day. The change has been nothing short of amazing! Hes still a little nervous about going but its so much better than it was!

      I ordered Herbalax to relieve constipation. While it has helped I have had to take double the recommended dose and still have some issues. However Herbalax has helped without causing me stomach pain which I have experienced from other laxatives.
