Liquid Glucosamine 1500 Chondroitin MSM from Dr's Advantage™ might support healthy joints and cartilage structures.

This supplement is specifically designed to promote joint mobility and support cartilage health. Glucosamine is naturally found in the body and may be useful to ease joint pain. Glucosamine is also known to keep the cartilage healthy.

The glucosamine present here may be useful for the proper formation of tendons‚ ligaments‚ synovial fluid‚ bones‚ skin‚ nails‚ and blood vessels. Chondroitin is a chemical that is also naturally found in the cartilage around the joints and may be useful for joint related pain. Both glucosamine and chondroitin are important components in the joint tissues and are involved in the production of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid makes up the lubricating fluid in the joints.

This supplement also provides Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)‚ an organic source of sulfur. It is an antioxidant mineral that is present in many tissues including the cartilage. MSM could potentially break up unhealthy calcium deposits that cause degenerative conditions. Hence‚ adequate MSM supplementation may improve joint flexibility and reduce pain‚ swelling‚ and stiffness.

Vitamin C is added to support the synthesis of collagen and cartilage‚ which in turn could benefit the joints. Grape seed extract could provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Liquid Glucosamine 1500 Chondroitin MSM from Dr's Advantage™ is highly absorbable‚ and is free of yeast‚ starch‚ wheat‚ soy‚ gluten‚ eggs‚ salt‚ and dairy.

Using this product along with liquid hyaluronic acid to help rebuild cartilage loss in joints. My knees seem less "creaky" and less pain when I consistently take these products together.

      Pros

Easy to administer. It is not constipating like some capsule forms may have been. I would describe the flavor as a mild, prune-juice-like taste.

      Cons
