      I use Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics Professional Formula by Essential Formulas to prevent candida overgrowth while taking long-term antibiotics. It did cause bloating, per the package warning, for the first week, but once that subsided I've been nothing but happy with this probiotics.

      My acupuncturist recommended these to me. If youre experiencing imbalance that is causing digestive distress Dr. Ohhiras Probiotics® Professional Formula is great to help get things back on track. They have really helped me in healing my gut (I was having chronic and severe constipation gas bloating pain). After using them for about a month I am starting to feel like Im getting back to normal again. I will get again but might downgrade to their regular Formula as my system regulates.
