      Great for kids too, and older people. Flavor is mild, but extra tasty!! SO YUMMY Best of all? I get my vitamin C in an "instant" format --- tabs and caps are good, but this put C into the body straightaway.

      My boyfriend recommended C-Complete Powder by Innate Response Formulas. He had some and I used it up.       The orange flavor  of C-Complete Powder by Innate Response Formulas is very natural and can be mixed with almost any drink for a nice flavor. I often mix with just filtered water and drink. Mixes up and dissolves easily with very little effort. Comes with a easy to use scoop.

      C-Complete Powder by Innate Response Formulas tastes good. I'm a little leery of using Stevia because it once irritated my GI tract and gave me loose bowels that lasted a few weeks.
