The GFB: Gluten Free Bar was created in 2010 by two brothers who wanted a gluten-free bar that was also high in protein and tasted delicious. Today, their goals have grown but their mission hasn't: provide the best tasting gluten-free, protein snacks. In fact, GFB products are made by a chef with 20 years of experience creating desserts; so you know that not only are GFB products nutritionally balanced, they're delicious too.
