      I was recommended these by a trusted nutritionist. They seemed to work fine, I didn't notice any difference physically but I eat extremely well so did not expect to feel much. They do have a scent and taste which is pretty mild and didn't bother me at all... until I became morning sick. I could hardly swallow them and had to skip taking them at all for two weeks. Now even post morning sickness, they taste so strongly of salt and broccoli to me I have to switch brands. If they smell and flavor don't bother you they seem to be great.

      I've been using Innate Response Baby & Me Prenatal vitamins for two years now on my trying to conceive journey. My homeopathic doctor recommended them to me. I have a MTHFR gene mutation; therefore, my body does not absorb folic acid. Instead, I have to take methyl-folate which is what these prenatals have. The ingredients in these prenatals are natural and plant based.

      I've been most pleased that Innate Response Baby & Me Prenatal vitamins do not make me sick. I also like the natural and plant based ingredients that are found in the vitamins.

      Baby & Me Multivitamin by Innate Response Formulas seem nutritionally sound based on the ingredients. In the first trimester, if you are prone to burping and re-tasting whatever you consume, these can be a challenge to take - especially twice daily. I have done well to take one tablet daily. I am nearing the end of my first trimester and am not "re-tasting" them as much. I first learned of the  brand through my ND, but only used their Iron supplement under her guidance. However, they seem to produce a sound product, albeit on the more expensive side.

      Nutritionally sound and based on natural / food sourced nutrients.

      Cons

      The smell and "re-tasting" of the pills during the first trimester. (I am prone to burping, reflux, but not some of the other more intense "morning sickness" issues that others deal with.)
