Things you'll need:
•Eggs •Water •Oil (Olive Oil) •Apple Cider Vinegar

FLATBREAD: (Makes two 7" Flatbreads)
•2 Eggs •2 Tbsp Water •4 Tbsp Oil (Olive Oil) •2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
HEAT oven to 350 F
WHISK eggs‚ water‚ oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Let dough sit 4 minutes (dough will thicken)
DIVIDE dough into two equal portions and place on greased cookie sheet. Moisten fingers to prevent sticking and shape into two 7" circles
BAKE 20 minutes. If desired‚ broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops

DINNER ROLLS: (Makes 12 Dinner Rolls)
•2 Eggs •½ Cup Water •2 Tbsp Oil (Olive Oil) •¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
HEAT oven to 350 F
WHISK eggs‚ water‚ oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well
POUR batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups‚ filling each ½ full
BAKE 25 minutes. If desired‚ broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops

LOAF: (Makes one 7.5" x 3.5" Loaf)
•3 Eggs •¼ Cup Water •2 Tbsp Oil (Olive Oil) •2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
HEAT oven to 350 F
WHISK eggs‚ water‚ oil‚ and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well
SPOON sough into greased loaf pan
BAKE 1 hour or until edges of loaf start to pull away from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool completely.

MIX IT UP:
Sprinkle flatbread with grated cheese‚ fresh rosemary and sea salt

Include ¼ tsp of garlic powder for garlic rolls

      If you can eat grain, nothing compares to traditional bread. If you can't eat grain Almond Flour Artisan Bread by Simple Mills is a darn fine alternative. Kinda pricey for the yield, but hey... bread! I made a sandwich loaf with the mix. The texture is sort of a cross between cornbread and a typical quick bread (such as banana bread or zucchini bread). The loaf came out smaller than expected. Next time I make this, I'll probably add a pinch of sea salt. Also: it was hard to get the loaf out of the pan, so if you don't use non-stick bakeware, try using something thicker than olive oil to grease the pan.

      Pros

      It's bread! That's grain-free! With simple ingredients!

      Cons

      Kinda pricey for the yield. But totally worth it if you're jonesing for a turkeyburger.
      I would recommend this item to a friend.
