Dosage

Adults‚ mix two (2) scoops (31.3 Grams) (1.1 oz) with 3/4 cup (6 fl. oz)(178 ml) of cold water or your favorite beverage to supplement your diet with protein. Stir briskly until dissolved.

      I love this 100% Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate Flavor by Biochem Sports blend because it is soy free and the most natural blend that I can find. I hate all sweeteners, especially artificial ones and Stevia. This only has a little organic evaporated cane juice, which doesn't bother me at all. Hard to find protein powders with no artificial sweeteners or Stevia..

      I love 100%  Whey Protein Powder by Biochem Sports! It takes like a vanilla milk shake. It mixes so easily in either liquid or yogurt I mix it with cottage cheese and it is smooth and delicious. I will not use any other protein mix. I use this daily and am very pleased. I like this flavor the best, after having tried all of them. You will not regret trying this powder!

      Yes, I prefer the Vanilla flavor of Whey Protein Powder by Biochem Sports, because you can add more flavors to it. But, that said, the chocolate is pretty darned good too and it has it's advantages. You can make your smoothies or add a little powdered peanut butter (OMG, I love that stuff) and get a heavenly peanut butter chocolate smoothie. Not trying direct anyone elsewhere, but Sam's does sell a gigantic tub of powdered peanut butter under $10 and it last my sister and I for months. Two tablespoons are only 55 calories and it's 80% less fat than peanut butter. I've tried several brands of it and have reviewed some, but the truth is, if you're using it in a smoothie, it pretty much all taste the same. So, go for the cheap!! If you want to try something different, mix up your smoothie a little thicker with a ripe or green banana (green banana for resistant starch) and freeze it for ice cream. You may have to let it sit a little at room temperature or thaw shortly in microwave, but it's yummy and another way to get your protein.
